You've got to admit, John Edwards has some serious chutzpa even mentioning health care reform in his campaign. He's like the thief that robbed a store showing up the next day to sell the merchant back his stolen goods . Does he suppose that everyone in America has forgotten that he has done more damage to health care in the United States than any other single individual ?

Here's something I'll bet we see very little of in the main stream media. John Edwards got his fortune of tens of millions in legal fees by wreaking havoc upon our health care industry. His modus operandi was to use junk science and very questionable tactics to sue doctors and their insurance companies for malpractice. His favorite game was to sue an obstetrician who delivered a baby with cerebral palsy. Despite all evidence and scientific data that shows there is nothing the doctor can do to cause or prevent cerebral palsy, Edwards managed to win these cases. He put on a marvelous show for the jury, knowing all the while that it wasn't about right or wrong; guilt or innocence. It about the money and the show: convincing 12 people to cast a vote for a poor innocent baby and against a big corporation.

I encourage you to follow the links below to learn more about Edwards' tactics and court room behavior.

The result of Edwards' war on the obstetrics industry was skyrocketing malpractice insurance. It's not uncommon for an obstetrician to pay over 100,000 per year just for insurance. It's driving the doctors out of business left and right and sending the costs of health care through the roof. So what if it costs another five or ten thousand dollars to have a baby? Do you think that would make a dent in the monthly budget at the Edwards household? It wouldn't even be noticed, but it's a big chunk of change for the average family. Edwards and his ilk certainly won't notice another $50 a week going towards health insurance, but for many of us, that's grocery money.

He loves to boast in his campaign about his humble beginnings . Clearly, he has long ago forgotten where he came from. He’ll brag about how he fought the good fight for the little guy against the big, bad corporations. Know that he chose his battles carefully, selecting only those that would net him and his chosen pawn millions of dollars to be ponied up by the rest of us.

Do we really want the fox not just back in the henhouse, but running it?
